Refund Policy

At DG Global Solution ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which DG Global Solution may provide a refund, the process for claiming a refund, and our responsibilities in such situations.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our Services. By using our Services, you signify your acceptance of this Refund Policy.

General Policy

  • Service-Based Business: Digital marketing services are labor-intensive and involve strategic planning, creative work, technical execution, and ongoing management. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to your project.
  • No Guarantees of Results: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, lead volume, sales figures) from our digital marketing efforts. The success of digital marketing campaigns can be influenced by various factors, many of which are outside our direct control (e.g., market competition, changes in search engine algorithms, client's product/service quality, pricing). Therefore, the lack of specific results is not a basis for a refund.
  • Client Responsibilities: The effectiveness of our services often depends on timely and accurate information, access, and collaboration from the client. Delays or failures caused by the client's lack of cooperation may impact results and are not grounds for a refund.

When Refunds May Be Considered

While refunds are generally not provided, we may consider them in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If DG Global Solution fails to commence the agreed-upon services as outlined in the Service Agreement within a reasonable timeframe after payment and receipt of all necessary information and access from the client, and this failure is solely due to our fault.
  • Gross Misconduct or Breach of Contract: In proven cases of gross misconduct or a significant breach of the Service Agreement by DG Global Solution, where we have failed to deliver the core services contracted for, and this failure cannot be rectified.
  • Overpayment or Billing Errors: If a clear billing error has occurred, resulting in an overpayment by the client, a refund for the overcharged amount will be issued.

Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Setup Fees and Initial Consultation Fees: These fees cover the initial costs associated with project setup, research, planning, and consultation.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any funds paid to third-party platforms or services on your behalf (e.g., advertising spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, software subscriptions, stock photography) are non-refundable.
  • Work Already Completed: If a project is terminated by either party, any payments made for work already completed up to the point of termination are non-refundable. You will be responsible for payment for all services performed up to the termination date.
  • Services Where Work Has Commenced: Once we have started working on your project, including strategy development, content creation, campaign setup, or any other service execution, fees for those services are non-refundable.
  • Deposits and Retainers: Deposits or retainers paid to secure our services and allocate resources are generally non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been committed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Details regarding the cancellation of ongoing services will be outlined in your Service Agreement.
  • If you wish to cancel your services, you must provide written notice as specified in your Service Agreement.
  • Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation.
  • No refunds will be provided for any remaining period of a pre-paid service term upon cancellation by the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service Agreement or required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, please submit a written request to [info@dgglobalsolutions.com] within 7-14 days of the issue arising. Your request should include:

  • Gaurav Narayan (DG Global Solution)
  • Date of payment and service purchased.
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, with any supporting documentation.

We will review your request within 7-14 business days and notify you of our decision.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-30 business days via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. DG Global Solution reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or unrecoverable costs associated with the refunded amount.

Changes to the Refund Policy

DG Global Solution reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
