Website Development Services

1. Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• 75% refund if project cancelled within 3 days of initiation.
• 50% refund if project cancelled within 5 days.
• No refunds after 7 days.

3. Delivery Delays: Partial refunds (up to 25%) may be considered if we fail to meet agreed timelines.

Digital Marketing Services

1. Monthly Subscriptions:

• No refunds for unused services.
• 30-day notice required for cancellation.

2. Prepaid Plans:

• Refunds for unused months, minus 10% administrative fee.

Payment Gateway Terms

1. Payments are non-refundable, except as stated above.

2. Chargebacks incur a $50 fee.

3. Disputes must be resolved within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

1. Website Development: 30-day written notice required.

2. Digital Marketing: 15-day written notice required.

Exceptions

1. DG Global Solutions reserves the right to refuse refunds for services already delivered.

2. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
